Roughly, between the hours of 8:14 AM - 8:54 AM PST, there was a moderate outage which affected the Smart Online Order platform, across all service. This outage was due to an automated update from one of our service providers, which cause an unaware traffic change across the Smart Online Order platform, to a server that was unable to scale to the increased load in-time, causing it to disconnect.
